The Richmond International Airport (RIC) plans to promote best practices for disease prevention and provide supportive visual elements for returning airport employees and travelers. The RIC COVID-19 Prevention & Workplace Safety Protocols Plan was developed with input from sources ranging from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to OSHA, the Virginia Department of Health to local guidance from Henrico County and the city of Richmond health departments, as well as a survey of best industry practices. We offer this as a living document that will evolve as we learn more about COVID‐19 and similar communicable diseases.
Please share this valuable information with your teams, vendors, and business partners as we move forward together. A link to the latest version of the guide is found just below. Additionally OPS Portal users will find the plan linked under the “AIRPORT OPERATIONS – Documents” section of the website.
